Nike Free 3.0 Studio Dance is a light training shoe, with an upper made from a very breathable mesh material. The shoe is made with a classic Nike Free sole, which gives good shock-absorbency and excellent flexibility. Furthermore the outsole, which is made from rubber, gives a strong grip. The Nike Free Concept originates in Standford, where Nike looked into the training methods of the very successful athletes there and found out they trained barefoot. 3 of Nike's most esteemed and creative innovators went to work on this basis and in 2002 they began work on the first Nike Free by mapping the foots biomechanics. 8 years later the first Nike Free went on sale and the result was a shoe that "understood" your feet, how they land, where the pressure is applied.
