Nike Free 5.0+ is most supportive shoe in Nike's Free collection. The good flexibility and high comfort make it perfect for both everyday use and serious running. With an 8 mm. difference in height from heel to front foot, this Nike Free model gives the highest kick off, when compared to any of the other Nike Free running shoes. This helps drastically improve shock absorbency in the shoe. It has FlyWire in the sides, which means the weight it kept low, without any compromises being made to the shoes stability. Your feet will be well aired on the warmest days, as you get good ventilation with a mesh upper and the asymmetrical stitching means the pressure on the upper and your foot as a result is not too great. The shoe is naturally also compatible with Nike+, then you can follow your running via Nike+ App or online. The Nike Free Concept originates in Stanford, where Nike looked into the training methods of the very successful athletes there and found out they trained barefoot. 3 of Nike's most esteemed and creative innovators went to work on this basis and in 2002 they began work on the first Nike Free by mapping the foots biomechanics. 8 years later the first Nike Free went on sale and the result was a shoe that "understood" your feet, how they land, where the pressure is applied.
