As the World Cup tournament is getting ever closer, you now have the opportunity to get your hands on this limited edition Nike Mercurial Vapor IX from Nike's new Tropical Pack. The design of the boot is unique, eye-catching and inspired by the big Amazon rainforest of Brazil. Nike Mercurial Vapor IX is Nikes new super boot and the American brand build upon the enormously successful Vapor VIII, which was the boot, that really asserted Nike as front runners on the market. Vapor IX is made with an upper of Teijin OLM 12, which gives a fantastic and precise ball feel. The upper is made with a leather emulating finish, that makes the material both flexible and nice to the touch. At the same time the stud-configuration is the same, as the one we know and love from the Vapor VIII. The soleplate has also been changed from a part double layer fibreglass sole, to a complete double layer. This was at the request of a select group of professionals, who wanted further stability and responsiveness from the heel. Weight: 185 gram With FG studs for firm ground surfaces such as grass.
